SHIPPING GUIDE TO ENSURE SAFE DELIVERY

Finding the perfect puppy is one thing, but having a puppy being shipped home is another. We offer air and ground shipping depending on how far away you are from us. In addition, we offer home delivery if you don’t live closer to your local airport.
Sure you’d agree that transporting a puppy requires careful planning and implementation. That’s why we will need your support to ensure an enabling environment that guarantees the safest delivery of your puppy. Hence, we hugely count on your courteous collaboration and cooperation throughout the delivery process.

Adoption / Shipping / Payment Procedures
The adoption process is simple, and here’s how everything works!! 

Firstly, we’ll require your full delivery address, which includes your name, home address, city, state, zip code, phone number, and the closest airport to your home.

Please note that this information is required to apply for the Certificate of Pet Ownership to be changed to your name, and to carry out the shipment.

The Certificate of Pet Ownership is the legal declaration of the lawful owner of the puppy (once it’s issued, it will be emailed to you with directions to get it printed and signed).

Once that is done, we will make some type of arrangement for your payment.

As for payment, the payment plan is done in three installments.

Firstly, you’d need to put down a $399 deposit payment.

And, we’ll apply for the Certificate of Pet Ownership to be changed to your name.

When the Certificate of Pet Ownership is issued, we will email it to you with directions to get it printed and signed.

After you sign it, you’ll become the new lawful owner of the puppy, and you’ll need to make the $300 as the second installment payment.

Note: The payment options we accept include:

* Zelle Pay, this secure payment option can be completed using your Banking App (if your bank is enrolled with the Zelle service). Contact us for guidelines on how to proceed with this option.

* VISA Gift Cards. Contact us for guidelines on how to proceed with this option.

* Bitcoin ATM Cash Deposit and other Cryptocurrencies. 

As for shipping, within two business days of receiving payment, we’ll confirm your order, process all required paperwork, have our licensed veterinarian perform a last-minute routine check-up on your puppy, and proceed with the shipping arrangements.


Note that we make shipping arrangements on Monday, Wednesday, or Friday. Home delivery is also free if you use our free shipping coupons. Please ensure you let us know which day is more convenient for you.

Traveling with a Puppy Nanny

One of the unique features of our shipping process is the use of a “puppy nanny”. This dedicated caregiver will accompany your Shih Tzu in the cabin of the airplane, providing direct supervision and comfort throughout the journey.

Personal Care: The puppy nanny will watch over your Shih Tzu to ensure the puppy is calm, well-fed, and hydrated during the flight.
Comfort Measures: The nanny’s presence helps reduce anxiety levels in puppies, significantly decreasing stress associated with traveling.
Regular Updates: You can expect to receive updates from the puppy nanny during transit, providing you with peace of mind as your new family member makes their way to you.

Providing Tracking Information

We are obliged to keep you informed throughout the shipping process. We will provide you with all necessary tracking information and flight details once the reservations are confirmed.

Tracking Codes: Receive unique tracking codes that allow you to monitor the flight status in real-time.
Flight Itinerary: You will be provided with details, including the flight number, departure times, and expected arrival times.
Contact Information: Have the contact details of both the puppy nanny and the delivery agency handy in case you need assistance or have questions during transit.

Providing Tracking Information

Deposit Confirmation: Once you confirm your booking with a deposit, we begin arranging the shipping immediately.
Processing Time: Allow 24 to 48 hours for us to finalize travel details, including arranging health certifications, confirming flights, and securing all necessary compliance for safe transportation.
Communication: Throughout this process, we will maintain open communication with you to keep you updated on the arrangements. To make the shipping process as smooth as possible,
Choose Your Shipping Option: Decide whether you would like to pick up your puppy at the airport or prefer home delivery.
Provide Details: Share your preferences regarding the pickup or delivery date so we can efficiently schedule the shipping process.

Prepare for Your Puppy's Arrival

Make sure you have all the necessities ready for when your puppy arrives. This includes:
Crate and Bedding: A comfortable crate for your puppy to travel in and bedding that provides warmth and familiarity.
Food and Water Supplies: Have food prepared that matches the diet the puppy has been on, as well as clean drinking water.
Puppy Essentials: Stock up on food bowls, toys, a collar, and a leash to ensure your new family member settles in comfortably.

While we take every measure to ensure a smooth transition for your Chow Chow puppy, it is essential to consider the potential challenges of introducing a new pet to your home:
Environment Preparation: Create a designated space or area in your home where your puppy can feel safe, such as a quiet corner with their crate and bedding.
Socialization: Gradually introduce your puppy to different environments, family members, and existing pets, taking care to monitor interactions.
Veterinarian Visits: Schedule a veterinary check-up shortly after your puppy arrives to continue their health and vaccination regimen.
